I've never really 'dieted' before as I don't consider crash dieting as self-improvement. One day I woke up and realized I'm almost 30 and have always been overweight.
Why I want to get in shape
I woke up one morning and decided "I'm tired of it". Tired of not feeling good, not having enough energy, and promising myself I'd change it but never actually doing so.
