Started MFP 3/15/2012.
I run a lot, and it was always enough until now, but my weight gain is evidence that I need to start watching calories also.
I work part time (but 5 days), coach girls varsity X-country, have 2 grown kids (one still at home), and a very wonderful supportive husband that runs with me some.
I also have 4 dogs, Lilu, Lily, Lejla & Kaiser that are my running partners.
Plus...I love camping more than anything (well, except for running) and by camping I mean in a tent in the wilderness that you cannot drive to.

Army Ten Miler 1:11:31 (2012)
Red Baron Half Marathon 1:37:24 (2011)

Why I Want To Get In Shape
Don't wanna buy a whole new wardrobe, been the same size pretty much since high school. Don't like this new larger me. I feel so much better in the low 120's.
I WILL do 10 consecutive overhand pull-ups by 12/31/13! Update: only got 8, but did 11 chin-ups! Not giving up! Soon....soon!
Bench pressed my own weight of 125 lbs on 1/23/13.
- I love the feeling of being strong & fit, and that I can do anything!
- Be able to keep up with the teenagers I coach!
- Be able to wear a slim shirt without the belly bulge!
- Live forever! Or at least be able to enjoy retirement!
