About Me

I enjoy the outdoors, kayaking, fishing, road trips.
Classic Rock, Jazz, and Blues is what I like for music.
Live alone except for my two dogs,( Dammit & Buckshot).
The last five or six years I've just been laying around like a pig, time to get up and start moving.
I work in a hospital and I see the results of a lot of poor life choices.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I have family history of cancer and heart disease.

I've got three kayaks to wear out :)

Mainly...it's the right thing to do. I owe it to myself.
