I love traveling(especially to anywhere with a beach) plyaing softball, skiing, working out, hanging with family and friends and any activity outside!!
I have 2 darling kids and we have so much fun!! I am all about keeping them active and healthy as well!
When i started myfitnesspal a year ago this month(OCT.) i weighted 160 lbs. I am down to 130!!!! It has been slow going, but i know this website has helped a ton!!!! This site is amazing and everyone here is so great...so thanks!!!
I tend to over-eat, so this site has helped me a ton with paying attentio to when i am full and logging those calories!!!!

Why I Want To Get In Shape
Crazy as it sounds i love to workout!! I run for 1 hour a day and go to a circuit gym , i love the feeling of being fit! I used to be heavy and out of shape (170 at my highest) ...I feel a million times better about myself now! I competed in my first triathlon in August, and placed 2nd!! I was in tears as i crossed the finish....nerdy i know!
