About Me

I'm a 43 year old woman, married to a great guy for almost 20 years with two wonderful boys - age 13 and 11. I have had some serious health challenges over the past years that have prevented me from working out and really taking care of myself. Now I am so ready to take control or my health and do what I can to get back to heath.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

To rediscover the person I was before I got sick; I liked that healthy, active and athletic and energetic woman!
I also want my husband to enjoy me again in good health and for my children to see that while we can't control or change some things in life, we can make a difference in the choices that we make.

My Inspirations

• My faith- As a Christian I believe that God will give my victory!
• My family - to be as strong and healthy as I can for them
• My summer sun dresses and skinny jeans!
