I am here mainly for the health, but if I do enjoy some of the thread trolling. Provides much amusement in my otherwise dull existence.
Alright, so I have been putting this on the back burner as a lot of you know. School was a high priority. It is now lower on the list due to graduating. So now is the time to hit this and hit it hard.
I have a little over a year to look cute for the hubs retirement ceremony, no that is not the driving force, but its a goal. - this will be in August 2013 for those of you wondering
Why I Want To Get In Shape
My goals have changed. This is due to schedule changes etc.
I'm not sure what the goal is at this point.
Nutrition wise I would like to be on only foods that I have less reactions too, this is a huge food diet change, but a necessary one.
Exercise wise, I am going to continue to try to improve on the 5K times and train with my trainer. I think I get more out of it that way.

- all my favorite mfp peeps with out you guys i would've quit a while back
- my current four legged kids. my dogs loves to play.
- my future kids I want to be able to keep up with them when i have them
