About Me
Hi! Im Sarah and Im a 21 year old mother to a 2 year old, wife, healthcare worker, and student. Me and my husband have decided to try for baby # 2 soon, and I want to be as healthy as possible for the pregnancy. I work out 3-4 times a week now, and after Im pregnant, I would like to keep working out.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
After the birth of my son I dropped all the weight by walking and eating less. Im hoping to do the same this time around, but I would like to pay more attention to my eating and exercise during pregnancy.
