May 13... Fitbit...Perhaps some new motivation???
Okay, so yesterday my Fitbit that I ordered came in and today I finally charged it, set it up and came ready to wear it around 2:00. Now I am very competitive so I am finding reasons to move so I can up my steps moved before bedtime. I really think this came at the right time as I have found my weight loss becoming a little less since "the biggest loser" competition ended at school and my "end of school" madness has begun! I want to get in those steps needed!!!
I really expect things to be a LOT easier in 2 weeks when school is out and I can burn calories by just swimming in the pool I also find I tend to eat more fresh foods in the summer and even less because I tend to sleep in so that keeps me from eating a morning snack. I look forward to the continued journey and have no plans to give up no matter how long this takes. I feel this is truly something I must make a lifetime commitment and not just lose it and expect it to stay off!
My goals for this week are to:
- Get this Fitbit to a minimum of 10,000 steps daily!!
- Get in 6 glasses of water at least!
- Walk on the treadmill daily with 1 day of Jillian Michael's
- Type my food in the night before except Tuesday (Banquet??) so I can keep that regimen going. (I have slipped off of that a little lately...)
I want to give God the glory for the weight I have lost so far and I hope I will be able to use it as a witness to others who are facing this weight loss battle.
