I'm getting lots of questions about what I am doing as far as training and diet so rather than answering everyone individually I think I'm going to attempt to blog it all soon including pictures :)

HI Steph! this is going to be my fave once you get this up & going. I am just desperate to hit my goal weight. I have been working out & running a lot now but I can only see a very small difference.
