Detox Bath Soak

A few weeks ago I was suffering from really sore/tight muscles and a part of my foot was pretty swollen for no reason that I could think of. Luckily, I had a visit to the physical therapist planned and she showed me some new stretches to help the pain in my legs. She also gave me a recipe for a bath soak that I've been using to draw out toxins and reduce inflammation. It's been working very well so I thought I'd share it with you guys :)

 Detox Bath Soak

  • 1/4-1/2 c epsom salt
  • 1/4-1/2 c sea salt
  • 1/4-1/2 c baking soda
  • 4-5 drops essential orange oil
  • 4-5 drops essential lavender oil

The orange oil aids in drawing out, while the lavender oil aids in relaxation. The bath works great, and as a plus, it makes your skin feel super soft as well :)
