I kind of took it easier in October. But now it's Back to the Future...
When I say back to the future, I mean getting back to making my future new, healthier and fit version of ME.
I have joined 2 challenges here on MFP. The first is a November Challenge. My Novmeber challenge is to burn 1000 calories a day 5-6 days a week for the month. My goal is to get down to 160 lbs. My weight is up and down right now from 167.2 to 170.2. It always seems to go up when I start a weight training workout. And that brings to me to my second challenge, the 30 Day Shred. I have joined another group who started the 30DS at the begining of November. Combining the 2 challenges I hope to reach my goal of 160 lbs by the end of the month. It will be one step closer to reaching and maintaining my final goal of 130lbs. I know it will take time but I AM WORTH IT!
My workout schedule for this month kind of looks like this:
5:30amish 30 Day Shred
6:00amish Yoga Meltdown or some other 30 minute or so workout
Later in the day/evening 45-75 minutes of spinning
The spinning is to take care of any of the calories have not burned yet out of the 1000/day
Some days I have some other activities mixed in too.
With the 30DS, I will be doing the full 30 days in the month of November. In order to fit in rest days I will double up some days. Like today I doubled up days 4 and 5 of Level 1, because tomorrow, I am taking as a rest day. I have something going all day long and will not have time to workout. So I will resume with the 30DS on Sunday with Day 6.
So forget about all those Halloween treats that we have all stuffed our faces with and let's get Back to the Future...together.
