Does clutter relate to carrying unwanted weight

I woke up this morning, with a massive headache, and felt like I was starving.  I walked around my house and noticed a ton of boxes (from moving recently), and clutter everywhere. It dawned on me that if your house is in chaos, your mind/body is too. So what did I do, I started cleaning and an hour turned into an entire day. I cleared boxes, organized my closet, threw out old mail, kept important papers and put them in an organized location. I cleaned my house top to bottom and jammed to music all the way! I noticed I was sweating, moving and lifting boxes, and swinging my bottom to the music. I walked pass a mirror and looked at myself (it was a site, since I still had my rollers and scarf on, but I could see something I did not notice before, my shape was coming back...this made me want to dance a bit more. So after its all said and done once I organized my home, I felt better organized inside and ready to continue on this journey of losing weight (scratch that, on my journey to healthy living) I like that better. One day down..... good night.
