Announcing the MyFitnessPal Blog!

I'm excited to annouce the launch of the MyFitnessPal Blog! I'll use the blog to keep everyone updated on a wide variety of topics including the latest site news, dieting tips, and any other fun and interesting items I come across.

For my fellow geeks out there, I'll also throw in the occasional web development article filled with some of the things I've learned while building the site. Hopefully at least a few of you will find that stuff as interesting as I do - I'm a nerd, I admit it!

And if you like the idea of blogging, stay tuned - soon, you'll be able to create your own MyFitnessPal diet blog and share your progress and experiences with our whole community.

Hi were new to this site, my Fiancée and I really like it. We have not been this motivated in well .....a long time :).We are adding walking and jogging to our plan. We would love to lose 20 lbs. each and I really think we can stick to the program. It's really all about making sure we know what were eating. It's really something we can do together .Thanks again J&D

I really indeed need to loose weight. I am 27 years old and 103 kgs. I'm looking forward to change my eating pattern and more tactful in selecting the food that I eat. I'll consistantly go to gym twice a week, I don't eat crap & my metabolism is so low. I really sure that your portal will assist me in achieving my personal best shape.

I'm really ethusiastic now. Thanks for making it FREE!!

I've just signed up with your site and I'm loving it very much. This is the first time I've counted calories and it's so easy with your site. My goal is to lose 10 lbs in 10 weeks. I've been jogging every other day but haven't had any weight loss nor have my clothes started to feel any looser. I want to get my body in shape and try to stay within a healthy weight. I'm going to give this a real try. I'm so happy to have found your site. Thanks again!! I'll be checking in every day for sure!!

I will add my thanks. I have never used a site like this before and I have definitely never posted comments anywhere. But I like the connections to other people who are also struggling. I would love to hear more from people who have lost a lot of weight, or who need to.

What a very worthwhile website.

I starting using MyFitnessPal less than a week ago. I feel motivated by and I am interested in everyone's comments and experiences.

The website is easy to use and helps build confidence and committment to the task of losing weight.

Great website! I have charted my fitness progress for the past two months and the reports look great. The weight is coming off and I am really getting into shape. I plan a winter long workout until Spring. I just started running and went 2 miles around the track today.
