30 Day Squat Challenge!

I just saw the post for this on the forums, and decided to give it a shot. My legs have always been the strongest part of my body (residual from horseback riding and years of hockey I s'pose), and I've always been proud of that.

I do want to get back into running, but  not until I drop a little more weight and build a little bit more muscle. So I think by the end of a 30 Day Squat Challenge, I'll be feeling a little more confident in my Buns and Thighs. ;D

I did 100 squats yesterday during my lunch break at work, and my thighs are screaming at me today, haha. In addition to this I'm hoping to do the 100 pushups challenge (as I can't do a single one, this should be interesting).
