20 Ways to Burn 100 Calories

For skeptics that don't believe any of my posts are rooted in credibility - these exercises are carefully calculated and has passed the approval of many nutritionists and dieticians. Any further disagreement you want to make with me is a waste of time - I would never post information that would be misleading or amateur. My HRM says some of those are off a bit, but to the good. Underestimate exercise and over-eastimate food :)

Thank you very much for the information. It is amazing how only 100 calories more calories burned on a regular basis (near daily) can make a difference.

Might I make a slight inquiry on 'Mowing the lawn 25 minutes.' This is with a push mower NOT a riding mower? Mowing the lawn with a push mower works the whole body :-)

Thanks for this! I never even thought ironing was "exercise". Suddenly having to do all the shirts on a Sunday night doesn't so bad.
