Weight Lifting

I started my weight training class at school today!  It was so good feeling, I think the class will be very helpful... BUT I am SO SO SO sore.  My body is so tired, cuz we had to figure out our "maxes" today, aka how much you can lift on each machine until you feel like you are going to die.  HAHA!  so stiff, so sore.  GOOD sore, but still.  I can't wait to see how this class goes!  It's 7 weeks long, 2x a week, so hopefully it will be helpful!
