My first introduction to Slender Pops went something like this: LOL! The heading on their landing page says it all, "Hollywood's latest crazey..." The inclusion of that last italicized letter is my own doing. The mecca of common sense Hollywood is not. Unfortunately, people who are desperate to lose weight don't always have the clarity of judgement to see through these fad diets/scams that prey on them. You be the judge... here are the directions for how to use Slender Pops:
1. Have two Slender Pops a day, one with each of two out of your three meals per day. Drink one glass of water before your meal, eat a Slender Pop, enjoy your meal, and have one more glass of water at the end of your meal.
2. Reduce your caloric intake to 2,000 calories per day or less. Avoid fatty foods.
3. Add 10 to 20 minutes of exercise to your daily routine.
Hmmmm.... I don't know about you, but, with these instructions, I'm wondering how the Slender Pops would play a role in my weight loss.



My usband has lost 16# in just a couple of months without changing his diet or starting any exercise regimen. Granted, he does eat less, which proved to us that the appetite suppressing element truly does what the company says it does!
Yes, I am a distributor, but I am also a client, having lost 13# myself.
