I found myself recommending to another to blog today, yet hadn't posted anything here myself for quite a while.
I suppose no news is good news, but in summary: my physio ended, I've got back into running in a small way (1 or 2 times a week, around the 5k mark each time) and generally not had any major aches or pains.
My weight floated up from the low of this time last year (101kg vs 92kg) but I'm now actively trying to get that back down again. I've done it before so I can do it again.
I'm also hoping to run 2 or 3 times a week, but not really press for longer distance - 5-7km is enough. I'll just work on form and fitness.
Last year, I started P90X, but had to stop because of the impact work being contra to my stress fractures. It'll take some will power, but I'd like to have another go at that.
OK, so a lot of stated intentions - lets see how this pans out.
