Falling Off the Wagon

Okay so how is it going....well it is going... I haven't seen a budge in the scale but that is okay... my clothes are fitting differently.... I did it I invested and bought a 6 month membership to the gym... so no excuses...I bought some workout clothes finally...no more tshirts and basketball shorts.... this week I am tackling my food and eating habits.. I am doing an overhaul on my kitchen... so wish me luck.... Let me know how everything is going with you....

So last night I did it again... I will be doing great and then I will fall off the wagon... i ate a steak last night and had 2 margaritas.... it was sooo good... but i  do this to myself all the time... why am i destroying myself....

Okay now i have to climb right back on the wagon....

This is Momma J- sometimes it happens- falling off the wagon- but now that you know you can do this- try twice as hard! You look great, keep up the good work. Working out will do wonders also, you will feel so much better.

One day at a time. I fell off that same wagon! Yesterday was my day to get back on. I worked out with the trainer in the AM and kept busy all day. That candy sat there on the table. I walked by it all day and actually would talk to it like it was the devil. Weird. It wasn't going to get me! It worked! I'm back on track and you can be too! Think Skinny!

I got down 45 pounds with 55 still to go and for the last week I have definitely been 'off the wagon'. I still walk 5 miles everyday, but my food has been awful. 2 pounds back already. I have my food planned out for the rest of today and I think I can stick to it. It is NOT will power, it is a frame of mind. Changing the way you think is the toughest part. Try not to think "But I want that" try to think "I want to be thin!" If you keep it in your head, it is easier to resist. Here is to Resisting!!! good Luck!
