What's Your Fitness Sign?

It might be true that when you were born, the stars had a party, or the year you were born might have something to do with your destiny. But here on MFP, your sign is based on how well you do the program. :)

The Dog - A walker at 3.0 miles per hour.

The Snake - Stays within their allotted calories but eats fast food and Diet Coke at every meal.

The Ox - Losing in spite of metabolic challenges!

The Cheetah - Runners who have completed C25K and can knock out a 5K in less than 30 minutes.

The Cheater - Can't live without one over indulgent junk meal each week.

The Bull - The strength training without cardio folks.

The Fox - Female MFP-ers at their goal weight!

The Horse - Has lost over 100 pounds and still going! WTG!

The Lamb - The noob.

The Pig - Always has excuses for going over their calories.

The Ram - Those who have discovered that strength training builds muscles and help lose more weight faster!

The Big Dog - Eats everything that is put in front of them. Portion control is your best friend!

The Cat - Has the "couch" part of Couch to 5K down.

The Goat - Eats anything with a Diet label on it.

The Fish - Drinks 22 cups of water a day.

The Stallion - guys, well, like me for example.

So, what is your sign? Did I miss any?

I'm within my goal weight range most days. What do you call someone who gains and loses the same couple of pounds every week, never goes over her original goal weight but isn't losing anymore? I swear the minute I put in that extra pound I gained yesterday will be gone the very next day. I stopped putting in my weight because it looks like I'm losing weight every other day when I'm basically staying the same. I put in my weight once a month now.

I think your humorous. In fact, I think you're hilarious. Not passive-agressive, not judgemental, just funny. It seems some people might not be just losing weight but their sense of humor as well. The way I look at it, if a couple of people on here don't like what or the way you write, maybe they can make the choice not to read it as it appears they have read your blogs more than once.

I am the cheater...No matter how hard I try, I just can't seem to get junk food out of my diet...But, that is, also, why I lost forty pounds, and then put thirty of it back on...Like has been noted before, this is a work in progress...Still on the program...At, about, ten to fifteen down right now...Am trying to get back to forty down...

Lamb Ram I guess. I got hooked up with a personal trainer who helped me add strength training to my cardio. I've lost 16 pounds already.

I guess i would be a dog and a ram. Not a fan of cardio but i get on the treadmill at that 3-4mph speed for 30 minutes 3x a week after weight/strength training. Haven't had a ton of weight loss yet but body is changing. Weights are going up and doing more when doing strength training. Have got the belly to go from a full size spare to a donut!! Seems to be working. Sodium and fat contents are hard to meet though still working on the food side of things.
