well today is a better day i woke up with a goal today and gonna try and get there.  i plan on watching what i eat instead of just eating the first thing i see.  this morning i had a cup of coffee w/creamer, 4splendas. 

i think im gonna go walk at the park and plan on getting my water up as i had slacked off but, i gotta get my tail back in gear.
