Today is a rest day from exercise. I'm working a sheriff detail at a multimillion dollar house for the American Cancer Society. I worked it last year and like every where else people like to feed cops, especially when they find out we are volunteer cops. It always goes like this "Wow what a nice overtime gig you got. Our tax dollars hard at work." me: "Well actually I am an unpaid volunteer".  Jaw drops. "Here want some food?". 

Oh my gosh they have awesome food at a gala like this.  So I'm going to try to just eat some veggies and protein until tonight at the event.  But I won't mooch if I don't get offered any food.  If it's one thing I've learned it is that you won't die if you don't eat right away and I love that.  In my previous life I would have paniced thinking I had to eat something every 2 hours.  I can actally wait until after midnight after I get home if that's the way it works out.  But no way will I mooch.  LOL
