The Not So Obvious "X Factor" In Dieting Progress

I've never used this trainer, or any personal trainer for that matter, but this guy Erik Ledin writes some awesome articles.  Apparently he has a waiting list for clients.  If I were ever to enter a fitness competition I think I would use him as a coach (I doubt that I'll ever do a competition though). I love his articles.

thats a great article, but the before and after pictures on his website are absolutely discusting! I cant believe that those people did that to themselves.... The 'normal' pictures of all of them were far better.

I did not see the pictures. I mainly get the articles on FB and read them if the topic looks interesting. So far his articles are good and not the same as mainstream competition trainers and I like that. Yeah that is part of why I'm probably not interested in competing, it's pretty extreme and I have to admit that the posing is not fun (I tried it with some girls training once). And having to shape your body to please a set of judges does not appeal to me. I like doing what I want on my own schedule, sculpting to please what I like and not someone else.

Interesting indeed

As a former yo-yo dieter I appreciate this, I think I may be one of the lucky ones and didn't do it to the extremes of destroying my metabolism though.
