At what point do you delete friends?
The friends I'm worried about are the ones who havent logged in for 3 days, then a week, then they log in, celebrate 5 days in a row, and then forget again.
They're also the ones who usually aren't doing any exercise that is significant (no, a walk is not significant and NO general housework or shopping also does not count).
Those friends are frustrating. You can't gain any inspiration from them. And you can't help inspire them either as their commitment isn't there.
So when do you delete them? I think I'm going to start questioning my friends commitment to changing their lifestyle. If they can't constantly stay HERE, in a supportive environment and log healthy food and commit to exercise, then how are they going to do it long-term in changing their life?
