I could go on for ages if I were to start at the beginning, but I really don't want to bore you all before I've started.
I want to loose weight, I want to be comfortable and happy with my body, I want to stop undoing all my hard effeorts after just a few weeks. It's is a change in lifestyle and attitude thats needs now.
I've been overweight for as long as I can remember, I've always carried it fairly well, or at least that's what everyone tells me, but I've had enough of being just OK, I want to feel great about myself, so I'm making these changes now.
As soon as I've figured out how to I'll add my stats and pictures to this so that you can all see the changes that will happen (note the positive thinking here).
