Post #1 The first day

So, lately my fiance has been bothering me to workout/exercise with him because he wants to lose weight and knows I do to. After talking with me for I don't know how long by just asking do you want to go on a walk or go biking or something like that, he finally said he wants to start changing his diet and start exercising and would love it if I would be his partner. This was a few days ago. I thought about it at work, my work of taking care of those who cannot take care of themselves makes it hard to commit to a structured workout schedule like I know my fiance would like. I finally decided that if I want to start getting enshape, I might as well start now, figuring that it wouldn't be as hard to do during school if I started now. I went all out when he asked, "So you are going to workout with me?" I made up a contract and everything with five simple rules. No pop, more water; set up an account on fitnesspal; start exercising with a goal of 150 minutes a week; start stength training twice a week again; and no more junk food. I don't know how I will do with my crazy work schedule and my love of chocolate, but at least it is a start.
