"What are you training for?"
A bunch of people asked me that question this week.
I guess I've been working pretty hard at the gym. I really enjoy running. I love trying to improve my speed and my endurance. I pushed myself to run 8 miles yesterday- and I was pretty pumped that I did it!
I am training for something- but not for a race. I'm training for me. I am training to be able to run for miles and miles. I am training to be able to do 100 pushups in a row. I'm training to be able to do a pull-up.
I'm training to be an athlete!
