11 WEEK ELIMINATION CHALLENGE - WEEK 3
WELCOME TO WEEK 3!!!!
WOW! You guys BLEW ME AWAY with your dedication this week!! I have NEVER seen SO MANY people do So Well in WEEK 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am SO PROUD OF EVERYONE!!! And you should be Proud Of Yourselves!!!
FIRST OFF - The SAFE TEAM FOR THE WEEK was.....The TIGERS!!! AWESOME JOB!!!
I REALLY didn't think I'd have a safe team this week with soooo many people on each team...but I actually had 3 that were in the running! Okkkk Calllll me Speechless!!!
Tigers, Geckos and Phoenixes! It came down to total % of weighloss to determine the safe team! AMAZING!!!!!! EVERY ONE OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Nature of this challenge you signed up for is Elimination...So there has to be Eliminations No matter how great everyone did. As I've said before -
Eliminations are based on a person not finishing the challenge, those giving the bare minimum, not posting or weighing in on time and on % of weightloss. Some is strictly facts and some will be judgment calls. THIS WEEK because it is still new and everyone's bodys are making an adjustment - I made NO eliminations based on Weightloss. I'm So sorry if this effected some others that worked hard but there were NO EASY eliminations this week! I just had to make the calls....
I Did NOT eliminate the full 12 this week, so that may mean an increase in future eliminations BUT the longer you are in the challenge the more you will get out of it! So that's what I'm hoping for!
ALSO, AS I'VE STATED in the past - IF YOU ARE ELIMINATED - YOU ARE VERY MUCH ENCOURAGED to stick with your team and these challenges! Your name will be moved to the bottom but your accomplishments will still be tracked!! You can still achieve goals here if you wish to continue on!!! PLEASE DO!!!!
ELIMINATED PEOPLE THIS WEEK ARE:
THE CHALLENGE this week will Run again MONDAY - FRIDAY so only post your workouts toward the challenge for those days. Of course anything you do on the weekends may not help you for the challenge BUT it certainly will for your weigh in and they do come in to play for eliminations too!
I did talk about adding weekend "mini challenges" and I still want to - but I have (as I've told some of your team leaders) - a death in my family so it will be a little harder for me to track and I won't have as much time over the next couple weeks - so I am saving that for later. But keep up the great work during the week and carry that weekly challenge over to your weekends! It will only help your goals for you - and it will be part of the challenge in the near future!! ______________________________________________________________ WEEK 3 CHALLENGE
#1 - WORKOUT - 30/60/90/120
Each person must burn a minimum of 1200 Calories BUT:
In doing that you MUST have a 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute workout -
YOU MAY USE tomorrow Sunday and next Saturday (before the weigh in deadline of 10:00 am pst) for your 120 minute workout ONLY! As I know it can be hard to get that in! ALL times MUST be gotten in, in (1 solid workout) EXCEPT the 120 minutes - that may be split in 2 (either 2/ 60 minute workouts or a 30 and a 90 minute in "1" day)
AND EACH TEAM MUST BURN A MINIMUM OF 22,000 Calories TOTAL for the Team!!! as teams dwindle I will start specifiying specific #'s per team - but for now they are all close enough - you can do this!!!
AND AS ALWAYS - YOUR CALORIE BURN IS ONLY COUNTED in "workout" form! Not your everyday movement!!! Please do NOT count every thing you do throughout the day! (___________________________________________________________________
This Week we are going to go for CORE AND CARDIO!
Each Person MUST Do at least
200 CORE Reps throughout the week –
AND 200 CARDIO Reps thoughout the week!
Please ask you team leaders first if you have questions - they can make judgement calls from experience or message me if they are unsure of something you want to do..
EACH TEAM MUST DO a minimum of combined cardio/core 9000 REPS TOTAL
Again, more than your minimum is required here to work toward being the “Safe Team”
#3 For your HR & FR this week....
You NEED to do JUST your core # all 5 days!
You need to do your core # of BOTH HR and FR - TWICE during 2 of the days (2 sets) I do not care how you split this - one set right after the other OR one set in the am and one in the pm or give it an hour break...whatever - just TWO sets on TWO DAYS!
These, again, are something that take dedication but does NOT take a lot of time so I expect everyone can find a couple minutes in their day to get these in!_____________________________________________________________
#4 EXTRA MOVEMENT POINTS - Hopefully you all get the gist of this now - seems like you do...Team leaders and past competitors are there to answer questions if you have them.
This Week you must get a total of 8 EM Pts - BUT THERE WILL BE A TEAM # this week to help your team achieve the "Save Zone"
ALL TEAMS MUST ACHIEVE 160 PTS for the Week to be considered for "Safe Team"!!
REMEMBER - NOTHING YOU DO CAN BE COUNTED IN 2 CATEGORIES OF THE CHALLENGE! NO DOUBLE COUNTING THINGS!!
