Today is a Day 1 of the 3 and final Phase of the Reset.  I am excited.  I am very happy I no longer have to drink the detox.  It doesn't taste bad but is a weird texture.  I am down to 172.2 from 187.4 and my body fat % is down from 33.2 to 29.8.  This makes me very excited.  My muscle mass according to my scale has not decreased at all in fact it went up a bit which is nice. 

I have to go start my Phase 3 supplements which include a new tablets and the alkanize in the afternoon.  I'll check in with you all soon.
