      <title>*My Journey* "I will move AHEAD, BOLD &amp; CONFIDENT!!</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;My journey begin some eight years ago... My heaviest weight was 280 lbs... so during that time was one of my worst times... Needless to say I lost more than just weight! I gained ME! ::Smiles!:: It has been a long journey but ONE WORTH MAKING! &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It's truly amazing how so many small changes can add up to something so big... I am still amazed at how far I have came. I only have 24 lbs to go before meeting my goal weight of 135 lbs... IT IS CRAZY!!! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Over the years I have gained A LOT... lost a little... but during all my time of inspiring others... this time &amp;quot;I inspired me too!&amp;quot; ::smiles:: Lose the words &amp;quot;I can't&amp;quot;, &amp;quot;There's alwayz tomorrow&amp;quot;, &amp;quot;Impossible&amp;quot;, or &amp;quot;I wish&amp;quot;... Make your words &amp;quot;I CAN!&amp;quot;, &amp;quot;TODAY&amp;quot;, &amp;quot;I'M POSSIBLE&amp;quot;, &amp;amp; &amp;quot;I WILL!&amp;quot; &amp;lt;3&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have lost 160 lbs over the last eight years... My journey has been a long eight years but I HAVE &amp;amp; WILL MOVE AHEAD BOLD &amp;amp; CONFIDENT!!! (((So can You!))) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;So today, (((INSPIRE YOURSELF))) - Want it bad enough - You deserve nothing less! If I can do this.... YES - you can too! Thanks for taking this Journey with me... I will alwayz be here to help You all through... just because my 24 lbs is almost up.. I STILL HAVE TO INSPIRE!!! :) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;MUCH LOVE! SO MY PROBLEM IS ALL MY HEALTHY FOODS ARE JUST NOT ADDING UP IN ENOUGH CALORIES FOR MY DAILY INTAKE...
