Okay, any and all advice is going to be welcome.  I need to stay on track, --  I'm going to be getting up two and a half hours earlier, three days a week (tu-we-th) to cover an empty spot in our Main Admitting area.  The job is very simple, but any time I've worked overtime, I've found myself extra-hungry.  I don't know if it's a mind thing or what.  I'm allotting extra cals, because I'm working an extra 3.5 hours on those days, and even though the work isn't overly hard, it involves a little more moving around than my regular work.  The hardest part of this is going to be feeling motivated to work out after 12 hour shifts like this, and staying on track with my calories due to the fact that I have to eat an extra snack.  Until the PAY arrives and allows me to be picky about my food, it's gonna be kinda hairy!!
