... since I started my alternative way, and I am feeling great.
I went out Friday night and did scoff on Greek food, but stayed under the rest of the weekend and didn't feel like I'd been deprived of anything.
Today I chose to walk back from the shops rather than take the bus, took about 40 minutes at a brisk pace and pulling a 'granny style' shopping trolley, but it was a beautiful day and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've not added it as exercise which added to the pleasure as I wasn't looking at my pedometer every 5 minutes.
I am not feeling the same amount of pressure I did before and that alone has made quite a difference to me physically (the IBS that was starting to flare up seems to have gone away), I'm eating less often but finding it rather more satisfying, perhaps because I now have time to enjoy preparing it?
Anyway, whatever the reasons it seems to be working for me and we'll see what the scales say on Friday!
