September 2013 Stats

Current numbers and ultimate goals:

Weight 145lb / 134lb

BF 34.9% / 30% 

BMR 1,293 (Kath McArdle Formula) 

TDEE (exercise included) 2,363 

Aiming to eat at -15% or 14,056 calories per week.

I'm going to set my numbers lower than the 2,008 that would give me daily. I find that I eat up to my allowance every day and then come Funday Sunday I have nothing in the bank. So, 1,850 it is, which in theory should give me 2,956 on a Sunday.
