Pretty straight forward!

One phrase I won't tolerate is " I can't" ...just putting it out there.

Around this time last year, I gave up saying "I can't" for anything, and forced myself to replace it with the truth, which was usually "I don't want to" or "I'm choosing not to", or simply "I won't". It's changed an awful lot of the way I think about things!

I save "I can't" when I am sick and it is not possible to do something. Otherwise, no "I can'ts"
