      <title>Day 3: Contemplating things...</title>

      <description>&lt;h1&gt;&lt;font color="#00ff00"&gt;Hello! &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/h1&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Today was not as good a day as my last ones... Firstly I woke up waaaay late, and that kind of threw my whole day off. I did go walking for a while, but besides that nothing else...yet! I am going to do some more tonight though. Hip Hop Abs, a wii routine, and then&amp;nbsp;some pilates from a site I just heard of, &lt;font color="#00ff00"&gt;BLOGILATES!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;(&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;Thank you jadeone!)&lt;/font&gt;&amp;nbsp;I love it already! I'm actually seriously thinking about doing the 90 day challenge that's on that site. And if anyone want to know more about it, or do it with me, let me know!! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ok, that's pretty much it for today. And I need to start exercising!       <title>Day 2: Can't wait to see results!</title>

      <description>&lt;h1&gt;&lt;font color="#ff6600"&gt;Hi! :)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/h1&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Today is day two!!! I've made it to day two! Hahaha ok, enough of that. I think I actually did pretty good! My post yesterday was way long lol, so I think today I'm going to be more straight to the point. Maybe...we'll see what happens lol. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; So I woke up this morning WAY more tired than I was yesterday, but I pushed through and still got up at 5. I started exercsing at 5:30, starting with some pilates. After that I did Hip Hop Abs. I actually felt way refreshed after too! Later, I went on a walk with my mom, well it started out as a walk, but we ended up just going shopping lol. But we we're still walking around! So I still counted it haha. Later on, I wanted to really get a &amp;quot;real&amp;quot; walk in, so I went with @Shay1584 and her family (SHOUTOUT! :D). It was a lot of fun! We started going at a pretty normal pace, but then I started going faster! I also pushed her kids in a stroller for about 20 minutes trying to go as fast as I could. And WHOOO! Talk about a workout! That was some serious work for my arms. I felt good though! And had a lot more energy for the rest of the day. I feel like I'm doing so well so far! And I can't wait to start seeing results! Is it weird that I feel like I'm getting smaller....lol. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; As for eating, I didn't do that good today. I ate more calories than I wanted, but still was under the target set for MFP. I think my problem is snacking! It's so hard to stop! I did portion some snacks I got today very well though. So I am pleased about that. I think I'm going to change my diet up some too, higher protein, and lower carbs. I have WAY to many carbs. I think its because its so much easier for me to get a hand of them! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I did end up doing another biggest loser workout yesterday, and today I plan on doing another one of those, and also maybe doing another Hip Hop Abs video, so I'm in deficit for the day! I want to do some more exercises tomorrow too, and I'll let you guys know how that goes tomorrow!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ok, that's it for now!       <title>DAY 1: I'm not dead!</title>

      <description>&lt;h1&gt;&lt;font color="#3366ff"&gt;Hey Again! &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/h1&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am so happy that I am sticking to something! Not only exercising like&amp;nbsp;I wanted but, posting too! I am seriously in love with this site! :)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ok, as for today, I think I did pretty well! I did not do all the things on my fitness list though...yet! Well let me just give you the rundown. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;SO! I woke up this morning at 5! Ha that's probably not really that early to most of you, but I honestly never roll out of bed until 8. But this morning, I barely even heard my alarm before I got up! I was so excited to exercise! Does that make me a weirdo??? I don't think so, but ehhhh... hahaha. Ok, so I woke up and logged on to MFP to get some inspiration before I started. I officially started exercising at about 5:30 and started with some Pilates like I mentioned on my last post. The only problem with that was I was doing it on my Biggest Loser Wii game. It has some of the biggest synching problems! I was getting kind of frustrated, and some of the things they were doing weren't exactly what&amp;nbsp;I was looking for. So I stopped about 11 minutes in. It was still a pretty good start&amp;nbsp;of the day though, but for now I think I might just pull some moves out of a magazine, because I pretty much know what i want to do. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color="#3366ff"&gt;Any tips though let me know!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Next, I decided to fill the extra time I had with some other routine on the game. I ended up doing some &amp;quot;box fit&amp;quot;, and was pretty pleased with the results. The next thing I did was Hip Hop Abs-Ab sculpt for 25 minutes. I LOVED it! It was really fun, and i burned A LOT of calories! I was really happy, and ended up with a lot of energy! Then I did some calisthenics I got out of an old Seventeen magazine issue. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;When I got home later, I was feeling really tired. I decided I just needed to do some more exercise. So I did another Hip Hop Abs video this time Fat Burning Cardio. That one was really fun too and after I had a lot of enrgy. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So now, I know I did not do all of the things on my list, but I realized some of the things I was not exactly sure of what to do while I was at home. Like for that extra hour of cardio I put down, any ideas on what I should do during that time? Today I did the extra Hip Hop Abs, but I want some more things I could do. My plan for that actually to go to the gym, but that didn't work out. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As for the other minutes I did not do for some of the things, I'm not stressing over them. I also plan on doing another Biggest Loser workout -circuit training for about 20 minutes, and then maybe another dvd, but i am not sure yet. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ok, now for the food I ate today! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I actually did pretty good for food, not necessarily healthy but under my calories. I still haven't eaten dinner yet though, and right now I'm still in negative calories for net. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I was having problems with finding good choices for food, and left&amp;nbsp;a message board post and got lots of feedback! It's called &amp;quot;How to eat healthy on a tight budget?&amp;quot; I got some really good advice so go take a look for some ideas! Or leave some more here! Everything helps :) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm also on a journey for some healthier snack options (besides fruits and veggies!)       <title>The Beginning</title>

      <description>&lt;h1&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;Hello!&lt;/font&gt; &lt;/h1&gt;&lt;p&gt;Today is the beginning of the rest of my life. I am so happy to really be starting on the road to a healthier me!&amp;nbsp;I am currently at a weight I am not ready to disclose, but will put up soon. I will however say that my goal weight is 150 lbs. I know I cannot do this journey alone so I decided to come to MFP for some support&amp;nbsp; and guidance. I&amp;nbsp;really plan&amp;nbsp;on sticking to my... well plan lol. And even though have been unsuccessful in trying to commit in the past, I feel this time this will work. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;h1&gt;&lt;font color="#00ffff"&gt;Here is my plan:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/h1&gt;&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strike&gt;Food: &lt;/strike&gt;Nutrition:&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;I plan to eat around 1600 calories a day for the time being.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;I plan to have no pop....&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EVER&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;/font&gt; and only have sugary drinks occasionaly (1-2 times a week)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;I plan to only have beef and pork&amp;nbsp;once or less a month.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;I plan to eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;I plan to have only lean meats, like chicken, on a regular basis, and only grilled or baked. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;I plan to try and eat more organic things. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;I plan to have 1% dairy milk, or almond milk only. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;I plan to snack on healthy food when I am hungry. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;When I am craving something bad, I plan to come on here and look at the Success Stories lol. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h2&gt;Fitness:&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A couple of weeks ago I was at the gym and decided to make up a fitness routine I want to stick to. I did not start it then (of course), but I plan to start now (...well tommorow lol)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pilates (30 min.)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Hip Hop Abs DVD (30 min.)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Calisthenics&amp;nbsp;(30 min.)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cardio ( 1 Hour)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strength (30 min.)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pool Laps [or anything else if I cannot get to a pool] (30 min)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Biggest Loser Wii game workout (30 min)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Biggest Loser DVD (30 min)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ok, so I know this looks like a lot. Ok, it is a lot. But when I make plans I tend to go overboard. But for the next week, this is what I am going to try. I will blog everyday about how it was, and at the end of the week I will decide whether or not it is too much, and if I will continue. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;Ok, so that is my plan! I will be posting some before pics (well now pics... ha) up soon, as well as weekly weigh ins, and posts about how things are going. If you want to see what I ate I will make my food diary public. Every month, I will take my measurements and post those up too, so June 15th is the day I will be doing that next. And when, my nutrition and fitness plans change, I will make sure to update them.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As of now, nobody has read this blog (because I'm still writing it lol), but if people start reading, I promise to keep posting. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ok, I am done.
