from 400 to 200 . . . and so it begins!
As the title pretty much spells it out....my goal is a simple 200 lbs loss in no fixed amount of time...I wanna do it right, and I want it to last....
So this is the begining of this journey (actually I started the jounrey 12 days ago) and I want to do it differently.
I'll blog, share and ask for advise as well, no more doing it on my own, tried that and it failed, miserabbly I might add.
In the proccess I would like to meet new ppl. make new friend and share success stories of how we changed our lives to the better.
I joined a gym and have been playing squash there which has done wonders for my cardio and weight loss (still can't use the machine because of weight limit).
The best thing I find about MFP is that after using it consistently, you become more aware of what you are eating, and hopefully that will stick with me, moving on.
Now I have to look for a startup pic that makes me look big but still awesome :) (The big smiling dude on the right)
