so i revamped my exercise schedule.
i did an intial timeline of abt 170 from the beginnin of the wk to the end of the yr 2 get down 2 my goal weight of 160.
do 2 unforseen circumstances i have had 2 revamp my schedule in the past 24hrs.
my timeline is now abt llwks 2 get down to 199lbs at the least. in other words 2 shed 20lbs of fat at the least.
included with this i need 2 get my 2miles time down from abt 30min to abt 21:42 at the slowest (10:50pace) (that's abt 5.6mph on the treadmill).
so 2day i've done almost half the exercise at this time that i need 2 complete 4 the day but have put in all that i will do 4 the day. i've put in what my eatin is gonna b as well 4 the rest of the day (altho i may add more peanut butter lol).
so i hit the "complete" button 2 c what it says b/c i'm thinkin that'll get me to abt 199lbs in 5wks.
'lo & behold it says:
you'd weigh 192.1lbs in 5wks !!!!!!
talk abt even more motivation than b4!! that means i'll prob b aroud 195 if i keep this up!! =P
