This is my first say with this site and I’m honestly looking forward to it. I’m also part of WeightWatchers online and I log my food intake on there as much as I can. (I admit, I tend to forget somedays.)
I am a 23 year old woman looking to get back into my natural shape and form for my wedding which will be occurring next year in the spring. I am from Ontario Canada originally and moved to America to continue my education and to be with my boyfriend (now fiancé, recently engaged last month) of three years, Kevin. Since my approval to America I have gained about 30-40LBS in the past two years.
I went from an average 170 to 220. I fluxgate between 211 and 208 depending on water weight, I have lost about 10-11 LBS since and I look to continue my journey. I’ve had several friends tell me that I don’t look 200 LBS, and it surprises me too, but I believe that it’s due to my bone structure.
I’m looking to lose my weight in a healthy manner to better myself physically, and to have the body I desire for my wedding day. I am also taking extra care of myself for when I have children. It’s never too late to prepare your body.
I’ve been taking my B-100’s and my One a Day Women’s as much as I can. (I don’t like taking pills, never have.)
So! Day one begins tomorrow of more vigorous workouts and healthy food selections.
Good luck to me! <3
