I am looking for a protein shake that keeps hunger at bay for at least 3 hours?  I saw giant bags at Sam's club for $30 but don't want to waste $30 on something that is aweful........I need suggestions!  If it tastes like ground vitamins, I am not interested......I am not a fan of slimfast either.
