I have two small children. A boy and a girl ages 3yrs and 1yr.
My diet consists of gluten free foods. I have an allergy to gluten foods such wheat, barley, malt, oats, corn, rice, dairy, and MSG.
I do not log all the time, but as far as my "diet" goes, I follow a strict Paleo diet. In addition to not eating grains, I also do not eat legumes, dairy, nuts and seeds, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, and potatoes.
My diet consists mostly of grass-fed lean meats, seafood, vegetables, fruits, and healthy fats.
Why I want to get in shape
I am a part of the United States Army and I need to keep my weight under 151lbs.
That is all.
