About Me

i'm a stay at home mother to three children. My oldest child is autistic. I have two girls and a boy. I am hearing impaired and am in my second year of remission from Thyroid Cancer. I have no thyroid (i've had two surgeries, the other half was removed 1/16/07 and radiotherapy was completed 2/15/07), so it's hard to get motivated to do much, find the energy to do much and then lose weight. My medication allows for me to at least have a little bit of a metabolism, but not much. We recently moved to Kansas (my home state) after 9 years of living in Utah (hubby's home state. no we're not mormon). other than the kids and trying to deal with my jiggle, i do have hobbies. although, most of them revolve around death, ha ha (genealogy, thanatology, paranornal studies, history). i am pretty laid back and open, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
