I joined MFP in August 2011, great place to log workouts and the food I eat. Massive believer in you are what you eat. Would love to hear from like minded people who are in to keeping in shape. Some of the things I like to do in my spare time are swimming, surfing, walking my dogs, reading books, watching films, learning new things and playing football.

Why I want to get in shape
well since being on here from August 2011, I met my goals,and through over a year of logging food I have become an expert in what I can put inside my body, so I am not too active with the dairy logging nomore, exercise wise I use the Polar FT10 HRM to record my exercise results, so to be honest my status updates are few and far between, but I welcome messages and posts on my wall guys!
My plan is :-
winter time to add as much muscle as possible
summer time to lose as much fat as possible
result: beach body!!!!
- Better mental attitude
- to have a body to be admired but not in a vain way
