About Me
i am a 33 year old mother of three busy boys, 5 and 3 and 6 weeks old. I live in NV and am married to a great man. I really feel so lucky to have my life. I just want to feel lucky to have my body too.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I used to teach spin and step classes back in the day and was a total gym rat until I got married and started having kids. It was hard to lose the weight from the first, and I have not lost the weight from the second and now need to lose weight from the third. I know it is time b/c my cholesterol is high and I can't use my "baby weight" as my excuse anymore. I want to be healthy for me and my family, be able to play and lead an active lifestyle with my kids and feel sexy and confident for my husband and myself.
