About Me
Hey! I'm Abby! and I'm pretty excited about this. I got down to my ideal weight last year after soccer season, but I gained it all back and plus some since. =( I don't want to live my life like this, so I'm going to change it. =) I'm 5"2, and starting off at 141 pounds. =O Yeah, I know.... My goal weight is 120..... So... here goes. AH!!!!
WEIGHT GOALS:
1st goal- 135 by July 15
2nd goal- 130 by July 30
3rd goal- 125 by August 15
4th goal- 122 by September 1
That would mean I will have lost 20 pounds in 2 months, which isn't unreasonable. =) WOOT! Let's stick to it, man....
RUNNING GOALS:
1st goal- 3 miles w/out stopping by July 15
2nd goal- 3 miles in 28 minutes by July 25
3rd goal- 2 miles in 17 minutes by August 4
That will hopefully prepare me slightly for those 2-a-days. =O maybe......
PITCHING GOALS:
1st goal- consistant 50 mile an hour pitch by July 15
2nd goal- decent changeup by August 1
3rd goal- curveball that actually curves by September 1
4th goal- Screwball that breaks by October 1
5th goal- consistant 52 mile an hour pitch by October 15
WOOT! I doubt these are going to happen, but it never hurts to try.....
SOCCER GOALS:
score a goal this season. =)
Why I Want To Get In Shape
So I can wear all my pretty clothes and dresses. =) Also so I'll be a better soccer player. So maybe I can make it to first base when I hit a ball in the infield, and be a quicker fielder at shortstop. =)
If I reach all of my weight goals by September 1, I'm going to buy myself a new mp3 player. =D =D =D
