Child of God, Jesus Christ as my savior rules my life, husband and father sustains my existence, makes me happy, and fills me with joy. I'm totally in love with my gorgeous wife of 21 years and after all this time and 4 children later we're still very much in love.

Why I Want To Get In Shape
I'm in my early 40s now, although I've stayed in shape for most of my life I realize as I grow older fitness is more important than simply looking good. I want the women in my wife's life to think "Wow she has a HOT and charming husband", which of course makes her proud to have me as her "arm candy". And the men to think I better think twice about messing with her, "he could strangle the life out of me with those arms in an instant"!
