Why I Want To Get In Shape

I have been overweight my entire life. Some diets worked, but eventually it came back because I didn't deal with 'why' I was eating out of control. Hopefully, at 44, I can figure it out this time. This time it is not a 'diet,' it's a Life Change. Has to be. Have to do it.

My Inspirations

  • The life I want to live in a healthy, thinner body.
  • People that have a lot of weight to lose. I relate to them and their struggles.
  • I want to enjoy life, instead of hiding from it.
  • Tired of being: Depressed, fatigued, sad, loney, unhappy, traumatized, afraid.
