I'm a staff sergeant in the US Army, and I love eating healthy and working out! I'm a certified personal trainer, fitness competitior, model, and I love helping people get strong and healthy. I'm not on a diet, it's a way of life! I am a sponored member of Team Evolution Online, and hoping to get my pro card in either bikini or figure in 2013 (that's right, I'm doing both). My husband has been a huge support on this journey, and I couldn't do everything I do without him. I can't tell him that enough!

It's the only body I have, why treat it like crap?
My fit body is a testament to my self respect and inner motivation and drive.
