About Me
I'm 32, married, mom of 3 ( 13, 12, & 5). I love to run (marathons) and did my first 2 sprint tri's last year. I'm a stay at home mom for now, but a total extrovert in need of an outlet! I don't watch much tv, but read a ton! I'm also very "all or nothing" which can be good and bad. Looking to even myself out a bit!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I think in the general sense I am already "in shape". What I need to do is shed the yo-yo weight, and maintain. I want to be in a healthy body, that can do what I want it to do for a long time. I want to run a marathon with my kids when they're ready! I want to keep finding ways to increase my health and fitness.
My Inspirations
- Knowing that I can do whatever I set my mind to!
- My kids, I want to be a healthy role model for them as they continue to grow.
- The New Year! A cliche, I know, but it always helps!
- Frozen 1/2 Marathon on January 23, 2010. This is always fun!!!!
