spring is in the air
hello to my new friend in the great white north
That is my boy in the picture! He was tiny when we got him and he is huge now! About a year old and he has no idea he isn't a kitten anymore.
For exercise, I usually do about 30 minutes on the elliptical and I do weight lifting machines. I also do rowing machines and crunches for more strength training. I go about 4 times a week, sometimes 3.
