About Me
Was always heavy as a kid which made me very aware of what I didn't like about my body. Later on I went on a huge diet, lost alot of weight, went from 163 pounds to 130 pounds by my sophomore year in high school. Now I am a college student, have put some of the weight back on and would like to make changes for myself. For my own self confidence and would like to help keep other motivated as well!
